​Central Dispatching Station - 911 Dispatch Center

  We will give you a Pendant, it is a small button that you will wear, and we will give you a necklace, bracelet and a belt clip so you can wear it however you are comfortable with on your neck, wrist or on your belt. It can even be attached to a walker or wheelchair. The important thing is that you can wear it however you are comfortable.

   Now with TAP-ALERT we can talk to you right through your Pendant and it will work throughout your home and 600 ft in any direction outside of your home, that's five acres we can talk to you inside your home and in your yard.

   Your service will come with a Base unit, that has a battery back-up system. If the electrical power in your home get interrupted the system will automatically switch over to battery back-up and continue to operate. Once power is restored, the system will automatically re-charge the battery back-up, (The battery back-up will last for 24 hours without electric).

   Our 911 Monitoring Center is a nationwide monitoring center, 24 hour, Central Monitoring Station which is standard with all medical alert systems and we are authorized to dispatch your local emergency services. We are UL listed and are accredited by the National Emergency Monitoring Association. Our Dispatchers are trained to work with Seniors in all types of medical emergencies, and will dispatch the EMS if required and also contact persons on the contact list to notify them of the emergency. They will stay on the speaker until someone arrives and says, "Is everything okay?"
